We are fully confident you will be more than happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase in anyway, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of your taking delivery. A full refund of the purchase price and, where the item(s) has been damaged in transit, the cost of your postage.
Alternatively, if you request, we will supply a replacement item(s) instead of a refund, for any damaged goods, once they have been returned to us within 14 days of your taking delivery.
Cancellation of your order can be made before dispatch. Once you order has been dispatched then your purchase price can be refunded, on return of the item, but not any shipping costs. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your intent to return the product.
